Condata developed our Court Ordered Deductions (COD's) module to address the ever growing problem of administering these types of deductions for small, medium or large employee populations. We designed the system so that it would work for our existing clients, but also made it available to people who are not using our software. The system handles all types of COD's, including Child Support, Tax Levies, Bankruptcies, or any other type of court order. Tables are used throughout to insure that they are all calculated and withheld according to the appropriate federal, state, or local law. It accommodates multiple COD's for an employee, one time fees, recurring processing fees, start/stop dates for each COD, and also maintains an online history file showing the amounts calculated and withheld for each COD for every payroll process. © 2003 Condata, Inc.
